Hello! Welcome to the very first episode of Prayer Garden Delaware! On this episode I explain the vision God gave me for the Prayer Garden network and how we are bringing the online national network to the local grassroot movements for each state. It’s ironic how God opened the doors for this to happen within the “First State” of Delaware. Come and listen to our goal to connect the body of Christ through local businesses, ministries, churches, as well as individual gifts and callings to make our community stronger together in the love of Christ Jesus our Lord. We also believe the testimony of the saints has power to overcome even the darkest of times, so please stay tuned as I share my testimony and how Jesus overcame my darkest moment. Our goal is to share and promote as many of these local testimonies as possible, and to come together and pray for one another.  Thank you for tuning in! Will you be doing a segment on forgiveness? I'm in Celebrate Recovery and we're on Book 3, Lesson 17 (God's forgiveness, forgiving others, and forgiving ourselves) And in Sisters Surrounded we just watched "Sabina, Tortured for Christ" so forgiveness is something that has been heavily discussed this past week in my church groups (it wasn't planned as I am the only Sister in CR so it was just a big coincidence)
What an awesome topic. So the heart of these are gonna be me interviewing different people and hearing there testimony. Where ever the conversation leads, it leads. I might randomly do little other things here and there though. Will pray on this and see how God wants me to move forward. I do know forgiveness is a topic Jesus cares deeply about and it super important to talk about. Thanks for sharing that fren

The production quality is decent in the "studio" setup - lighting is good and consistent, angle is good, sound seems great. You're definitely getting better in front of the camera and I'm sure once this comes together more and you settle into a general format for the podcast this will become even more natural to you.
I've heard your testimony before (here at GAW years ago), but never in this detail. I got the visual of you walking a dark path, God right beside you until the right time to put the light on your heart, then Him directing you onto an "off ramp" where you walked along in a transition until He once again, at the right time, walked with you onto the path of light. There you were able to drop the dark garbage just before you got on the narrow path towards God's grace and enlightenment. Your sharing that will likely inspire others who are on the wide, dark path to understand they don't have to flip-a-switch to turn their lives around, but rather transition - with further struggles along the way - to get themselves onto the narrow path of light. IMHO that might be a nice topic to delve into, just in the general, and tie it to scripture.
As far as your overall vision I like several aspects of it though I suspect there will be hurdles with respect to interfaith efforts. From everything I've seen in the religious forums, when dogmatic people get involved it devolves into an ugly display of stubbornness and accusatory arguments. I suppose that will be one of the steeper mountains you'll face in your journey.
Building a network of Christian businesses is a great idea and it can work to not only promote business for the owners, but eventually perhaps provide a path for a pool of Christian employees who may be in need of work. Just a general network of people who have even just the benefit of their experience, knowledge and advice to share or even just kind words of understanding and compassion will be greatly appreciated by those struggling in a very difficult world.

Such wisdom here. I feel God has been building me up to be able to handle that kind of stuff. Or at the very least not allow it to side track the overall mission. Plus I have met some awesome people here that I know will be very helpful. You are correct though it's gonna be something to keep an eye out for.

I will be looking for leaders in other states in near future. We first are gonna play around with Delaware, then attempt Hawaii, once those are setup we will move to other locations. With the end goal to spread it world wide. If this resonates with you, pray on it and let me know. God bless
