This was not incompetence, this was deliberately planned by those in the grips of the Deep State. That is why the DOJ, FBI, SS, DHS, etc. need to be defunded, overhauled and reimagined with tight over sight. These agencies are trying to hide, deflect and sweep under the rug as “incompetence.”
