Thing is, any restaurant would likely have a few computers on site, so is there anything particular about the one that was shot that is interesting? Isn't it a bit elaborate to go to that much work to destroy a drive vs. just taking it out at close of business?

Yup. I have two desktop units and a laptop sitting on my desk and would need to fire multiple shots into each to have any hope of reliably destroying a drive.
Feels more like a story made to discredit us than a smoking gun we should be aware of.
IMO an unsourced image post like this should not be what we shoot for. Primary sources should be the fact media of choice for a frosty conspiracy theorist.
