The Amish and Mennonites are the original awakened people that could see back in the 1800s that their were selected families that were running the world; they chose to reject their industrialization, they could see where it led! Masters and slaves! They strategically used the excuse that they needed to be like apolitical to keep their way of live as natural as possible! Amos and Menos! Two brothers from what I understand left Germany and went to live in the wild frontier in Russia! Their language is not Full German! I was told this by a Mennonite family, in my country, these Mennonites way of life would resemble the Amish in America!
