I mean just rewatch the video, the red circle follows the person. Right after the figure flickers it reappears and keeps moving. Its just poor camera quality. To say this is the shooter being taken out is to ignore the fact that the person keeps walking. What im more interested in is seeing a video of the shooter actually walking on the roof. Every other video shows him crawling or laying down

There appears to be “spray” right before the person appears to roll over and flail an arm. However…,
