MN Supreme Court sets 'duty to retreat' precedent
The Minnesota Supreme Court reached a split decision that ruled a person who is claiming to act in self-defense has a duty to retreat before using or even displaying a deadly weapon when confronted with a threat.
This state is so un-American!!
If anyone points a firearm at me they're more than likely going to get one right between the eyes in less than 3 rounds regardless of any effin' socialist laws!
But wait, that person wouldnt be allowed to shoot you, they have to make an attempt to retreat first! Then youre allowed to attempt to retreat before you can shoot
