What jars me straight away is that NoW they say that an election is rigged. When Trump 'lost' it wasn't rigged, they said. So we believe them now? Wot's gwan 'ere?

Yeah only I have seen results in local precincts (via the net. LOL) where the other guy only got 7% of the vote, and Maduro got the other 92%. I don't know what that means, however.
