I have a plan: stop all machine voting. Any and all mail in ballots must be accompanied by voter’s photo ID and notarized statement that states you are a U.S. CITIZEN, last four digits of your SS , copy of your birth certificate, and a copy of a utility bill confirming your address. Anyone unable to do so due to being homebound, must provide a physician’s letter or vote in person.
