The last paragraph suggests that the plea deals have been entered into just 2 days ago. How many days after the event? Why now?

Then 2 days later - authority has been revoked, deals withdrawn.

This is what I see: Bulldog fight under a rag. Something’s going on. They watch each other’s moves.
