If you can balance a high quality of life with a low cost of living. It is near Nirvana. The sooner Humanity ditches the old dollar and NWO clutches on all moving parts of Humanity. Dynamic Cities and dynamic economies can prosper. As the new system is being introduced, the old system is running parallel for a few years as the inefficiencies are removed and retired.
