When the shooting at Trump started they communicated that they did not have a shot. Once the other counter sniper on the West grandstand, on the other side of the rally from AGR, got word that the counter snipers closer to the assassin did not have a shot, again, because of the tree in the way of which he was not taking fire from, that other counter sniper shot the assassin.
The witness he interviewed said everyone turned to the right, but they were probably looking at the tractor that had the hydraulics shot. Not the tree line.
