Historic Prisoner Swap Follows Failed Trump Murder Plot By Two Confirmed Shooters

A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin signed decrees to pardon the convicted Russian and foreign citizens who were exchanged in an historic prisoner swap with the West in Ankara-Turkey yesterday, says the Federal Security Service (FSB) confirmed that eight Russian citizens have been returned home following the mass prisoner exchange between Moscow and the West, and it noted the Russian nationals were exchanged for a group of individuals who “acted in the interests of foreign states to the detriment of the security of the Russian Federation”.

In the midst of the historic prisoner swap between Russia and the West yesterday, this report notes, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed for the first time President Putin’s reaction to the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump: “I can say that Putin was much surprised, because, the level that should be provided for the protection of participants in the political struggle during elections, especially in a country like the United States, of course, nowadays it should minimize such dangers and threats”—a revelation joined by unelected usurper Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky grimly assessing: “The current situation in the United States is a challenge...There are risks that cannot be predicted...If Donald Trump wins we do not know what our dialogue will be...It used to be quite reasonable, but we do not know what will happen after the election”.

The “much surprised” reaction of President Putin upon hearing about the attempt to assassinate President Trump, this report continues, was due to his knowing Defense Minister Andrey Belousov made an urgent emergency call to his American counterpart Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on 12 July, about which Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov revealed: “A very serious warning was sent by the Russian side regarding new provocations from Kiev, which are inconceivable without Washington’s direct assistance...This warning was made in order to avoid further dangerous escalation, which may cause consequences that may become totally uncontrollable”.

Less than 24 hours after Defense Minister Belousov made his urgent emergency warning call to Secretary of Defense Austin, this report details, President Trump came within a millimeter from being assassinated on 13 July—four days later, on 17 July, it saw President Biden placed in seclusion—on 21 July, it saw President Biden ousted from power in a “well-orchestrated coup”—all which was joined by the Kiev Post revealing today: “The historic prisoner swap with Russia that freed US journalist Evan Gershkovich and 15 other Westerners was the fruit of painstaking, secret talks -- and one crucial phone call from President Joe Biden an hour before he dropped his reelection bid”.

As to why President Biden made “one crucial phone call” in the midst of “well-orchestrated coup” to finalize the historic prisoner swap an hour before he was ousted from power, this report notes, was revealed by former United States Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, a member of the feared Able Danger counterterrorism military group, and current president of the secretive private intelligence organization London Center for Policy Research (LCPR), who during a bone chilling interview yesterday, explained Washington is in total chaos because everyone was expecting President Trump to be killed, he was fired upon by more than one shooter, and warned that another attempt will be made to assassinate President Trump.
