As soon as he wrecked his truck into the building, he left the scene and fled to his bar, where he and his employee "took a shot", so he had plausible deniability as to why he had alcohol in his system. Cheating at things is his superpower.

Didn't seem like they used a breathalyzer in that video, but as one of the comments said: it essentially becomes pointless, because he admitted to having some shots inside when he wasn't driving -- and so since they could not test him prior to that, it became moot.

It was a smart call, really.
