I always wondered about this meme, but was too lazy to look it up.

Like is the V for Virginia or Vermont? Why isn't the other one listed?

Is M Maine or Massachusets? What about the other one?

What's N.E.?

Where's Georgia, Connecticut, Maine/Mass, New Hampshire? Or are they all in "N.E."
