I am guessing, but the illegals have a huge digital footprint. Free phones and debit cards. Mostly confined to the cities because they will stick out if they go rural.
There is more than enough excess airline capacity to deport them in relatively short order. Criminals will likely go out in C-17s for safety. Those close to the border will likely be bused out.
Key will be the permanent suspension of asylum in the U.S. I am pretty sure the President can do that all by himself.
I would suggest that all ATF be transferred to ICE. And I think bounties should be offered for information and capture.
