SCOTUS already told Colorado and other states that the 14th Amendment could not keep President Trump off the ballot which means Raskin and his crew cannot use it to keep POTUS out of office.
POTUS was acquitted of inciting an insurrection because he did not incite and insurrection - I felt like Kamala right there 😳. Just repeating for any Democrats too dumb to get the first go round.
"Inciting an insurrection" is the stupidest narrative ever by the MSM. The Insurrection Act of 1807 gives power to the President (who was Trump at the time) so of course he didn't incite anything against himself.
