Oh! I should have read the details :) I thought it was some kind of sensible "no mask wearing allowed", instead of a leftist version. Now it makes sense for a county in NY :) I thought it referred to wearing masks outside, where it makes zero sense to wear one (I guess unless you have extreme pollen/dust problems) :)
