She downloaded the system before the 'update', as was her duty.
Then she bothered to look at what the updates did, as is expected of an 'election official' who takes her role seriously.
OIC she is a Republican. That makes ALL the difference to these crooked reporters. The language is also extremely loaded - 'debunked', indeed.

The larger issue is that every trick in the book was used to rig the election comprehensively. So, any vector of retaliation can be swept under the rug, as it has, so far. Each rebuttal is labelled as 'now debunked'.
Tina's case has all the evidences from a primary source, so these hearings have national, even international, gravitas - if the proof is allowed into evidence.
