Bush's pardon of Caspar Weinberger. President Donald J. Trump pardoned Joseph Arpaio and others after they were charged and convicted, but prior to sentencing.
Notice Trump did it for Arpaio before he was convicted, but Ford/Nixon is the most famous one.
