They don't "understand the effect that their behavior has on other people" because they're incapable of compassion for their fellow man. They don't care if anyone else suffers and/or is hurt. There's no empathy. They're incapable of it.

It appears Jesse Waters feels as strongly as you do regarding Walz's psychopathic tendencies. I also saw another post here tonight that claims he was one of those governors who pulled the nursing home Covid strategy to murder the vulnerable elderly. Special place in hell...
