Short answer: Probably not.

The lower-grade minions are kept in the dark. The higher-level operators know they are screwed.

But I'm inclined to agree with Jesse Watters: Harris/Walz is a throwaway ticket. They are useless to the DS, so they are being thrown into the political chipper for this election. Coz the Don has basically already won...
