The Conditions that allowed for a Confrontational Christianity, at least one that is confrontational in the way people would prefer at the moment, don’t really meaningfully exist at the moment. As that is part of a past that the West has largely deemed unacceptable with our “Enlightened”, “Democratic” values.

The Past of Kings, Emperors, Crusades, and Empire. Not the modern history of Liberty, Freedom, Democracies and Republics. And whatever the bloated behemoth that is what the U.S eventually turned into could be counted as.

Now the confrontation regularly comes in the courtroom if it comes at all. And even then it can frequently end poorly for the Christians as has been demonstrated time and time again
