An easy way to do this is to make an "app" -- open source of course, and each person gets a specific "ID" based on their social security number. You use your phone to vote, you get one vote, the ballots are able to be viewed up until the election, then on 'election day' the ballots are open and you use your phone to vote with a 'face unlock' type identification, when you 'submit' your vote, you get a random "id" number - everyone's 'ballots' are then public with the only thing identifying you as a random ID that only you can see when you 'face unlock' your phone. Then all the results are open for audit and they are completely anonymous (except for district) --
