Yes, he was, in a sort of /s kind of way....

I was directly calling the work they did that day as being very SNAFU, and Sloppy, like "Untrained Civilians told to arm a Tank, they might get lucky and pop off a round, but where it will go and what it will hit is anybodys guess....
