Wow. I'm not understanding how charges can't be brought. The recordings show they were aware of live birth, so if prosecutors can tie that to a patient, you have infanticide charges. Just saying. The only reason people aren't being charged is because they push propaganda of "it's just a clump of cells". When they talk about pulling the legs off a kid, that's murder no matter how you cut it.
