Judged by the context she probably meant to say "reduce pollution", but it came out as "reduce population" ... it shows how dumb she is, and what is really on her mind.

At this point, we ALL know the Agenda, those who back it, knowing full well just how Evil it is, cannot be excused from anything, and tabloids and rewrites do not matter or count....
