It refers to Centipedes. It is an older meme from a video about how Centipedes are nimble navigators. It was popular during Trump’s first election.

It’s important to watch this so you know the source (sorry about YT link. It’s a badge of subversive honor, and if you’ve been around the movement long enough it’s common knowledge.
