I’ve been taking the vitamin c and lysine since reading the post. I did the recommended dosage and attempted to do the schedule at first, and did so for about three weeks. Since then, I’ve dropped to an uneven schedule, averaging 3000 vitamin c and same of lysine daily. I plan to do this daily, although not on an empty stomach as recommended, for the next few months until I get my next blood check. I hope it shows improvement.

It sounds like a reasonable plan. This protocol is probably something we could cycle on and off of and still have very good results.
