I really wish Trump would talk more about globalism and draining the swamp again. It feels like the message this year is really watered down and he's trying to appeal to the wrong groups using the wrong tactics.
I have confidence that everything will work out in the long run but tactically speaking these last few weeks have been pretty disappointing. Why Chris LaCivita? Why can't Trump get any true believers on board instead of trying to court the same establishment he killed like a decade ago? They don't need a lifeline at this point.
I don't like how a lot of "MAGA influencers" are starting to act like Hillary supporters. Getting defensive, getting upset about lies and being called weird. How did we become so sensitive and ineffective? I think the grassroots energy is being suppressed this year. There are almost no authentic voices being promoted or heard anymore. It's all RNC people and political shills. People liked Trump because he was above politics.
It just seems like the campaign has been hijacked by hostile forces. They're either giving Trump bad advice or purposefully setting him up with embarrassing situations like the debate shenanigans or the Black journalist conference thing. No campaign that actually wanted to win would be acting like this or putting their candidate in such bizarre scenarios. It just doesn't make sense.
I think a lot of people need to be fired. Trump's campaign was allegedly much more chaotic in 2016 but he actually won that year and it was a hell of a lot more fun. The energy sucks ass right now. I hope they're planning on a huge shakeup soon cuz this ain't it.
The real people on the fence seem to be non-voters, not moderates. People who don't trust the government and think politicians are all the same. Trump won in 2016 by getting them to turn out, not by winning indoctrinated normies imo.
Watch as the next major "scare" event red pills more normies into voting for him
I'm one of those doompilled who didn't turn out in 2016, Trump won me over by 2020.
