Adil Rashid (pictured) admitted travelling to Nottingham in July last year and having sex with the teenager who can't be named for legal reasons.

Who let him in? They should be charged with negligence. Until the people behind these decisions are held to account legally, nothing will change.

When it comes to the law ignorance is no excuse. If we had a proper system, the people who approved him staying in the country should be charged and the judge in this case sacked on the spot with cause.
