Big club - this also from Business Insider: "Wojcicki and Troper (future husband) paid $600,000 to buy a four-bedroom, 2,000-square foot house, at 232 Santa Margarita Ave. To help pay the mortgage, Wojcicki rented the garage to two Stanford doctoral students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who were working on their new search engine company, called Google."
If someone gave you shelter and freedom to do what you wanted to do, and your creation ended up hitting it so big that you could easily afford to pay it back and more, would you not?
I know if I ended up with a company worth billions, I would endeavor to ensure everyone impactful in my life had security.
In the timeline established there, it looks more like nepotism than "coincidence".
Now if you insert other shady bits about Google, the garage story ends up being less believable than some three letter warehouse operation or some such. But the timeline as presented, I don't see it as some unheard of coincidence because it is a story as old as time. We tend to take care of those who help us reach new heights.

What an interesting coincidence!?
No coinkidinks.
Mathematically impossible works here as well
It is difficult to call that a coincidence.
