I would hazard a guess that these "judges" will be finding themselves out of a job(s) after January 5th...Also, their names will be going down in infamy for ALL to see!!!!!

What authority do they have for this? And what would make a citizen comply? You aint disarming SHIT (if it were me.)

Disarming people sounds like being an accessory to murder.

A rule needs to be implemented that if you are part of multiple unconstitutional rulings that are overturned by higher courts you are dismissed without any pension or benefits and are no longer allowed to be employed in the legal field. If they know there are consequences, they will follow the Constitution.

18 USC 241/242 ......

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; [..]

[..]They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;

But that is for conspiracy, like those judges .....and all who act pursuant to their finding.

Note here, that it is not that the laws supersede the Constitution, but the only test here is whether a right, enjoyment of a right or exercise of a right is secured or protected by the Constitution ....

So what does the Constitution say?

Put differently:

is protected or secured by these words: shall not be infringed

They just have violated their oath of office and assaulted the Constitution. Treason!
