Growing up in the late 70s/Early 80s, "Indian Ink" was something you really didn't want to get on your hands because it wouldn't come off for weeks...Similar to shelling fresh walnut hulls or Gorilla glue...like Henna.
Little did I know that India uses this ink on election day, on your thumb for a thumb print. There's NO WAY to get it off without cutting off your skin...and that'd be obvious if you wanted to cheat...
