Doctors may be highly intelligent fools.

If you find the cure for Cancer... DO NOT ADVERTISE IT.

Instead, announce that you've found a pill formula that you can charge $$$ Thousands per dose on a cancer treatment that might work, but no conclusive evidence... and it will enrich the pharmaceutical industry.

The medical industry will make sure every airplane you take is perfectly safe.

Only at the very last minute do you switch and tell them what you really have, after it's been publicly demonstrated to work.
