Watching this video, many may have noticed Klaus Schwab and other 3 Western looking Guys sitting behind Xi. All 4 wear blue ribbons instead the red ones everyone else is wearing. What are those 4 Guys doing there? As far I researched its a closed doors meeting, taking place twice in every decade. Sounds important.
