It's widely believed that certain aspects of the military 'stepped in' to counter the cheating in the 2016 election cycle. She wasn't supposed to lose...

Will they step in to counter the cheating during this election cycle? and a follow up question...if no, then what was the point of doing so in 2016?

The point of 2016 was to wake up the skeptics. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to wonder if we need 4 more years to make it bad enough???
