Just an FYI here, Edward Mandel House was Wilsons puppetmaster. Wilson was completely dominated by House. House was the real President. It was maybe the first shadow Presidency. Research him, he is important to this story.

House is a mostly unknown name but was hugely influential in creating what we see today. It was House whose influence created the Fed. In fact, though I cant verify this quote as 100% accurate, that Wilson said, "I am a most unhappy man--unwittingly I have ruined my country."

I have mentioned Houses name here many times before.
