Three weeks ago, I posted on GAW about how I was trying to hold the California State Senate accountable to following the oath and bond laws: https://greatawakening.win/p/17tebrcPqw/i-have-served-the-california-sta/
I used Common Law. Step one was to serve the State Senate with a Notice of Legal Violation notifying them that Scott Wiener and others were working unlawfully without oaths/bonds, which I did in July: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Redacted-Notice-of-Legal-Violations-to-Senate-Committee.pdf.
For those that are unfamiliar with Scott Wiener, he has been aggressively pushing to erode parental rights and legalize pedophelia. He also blocks legislation intended to protect children.
Unsurprisingly, the State Senate did not have any of the people sign oaths/procure bonds. So on August 9, I executed step 2, which was a Writ of Quo Warranto: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Writ-of-Quo-Warranto-redacted.pdf
A Writ of Quo Warranto is essentially a notice for everyone without an oath to vacate office since they have no legal jurisdiction to be in office. I also demanded that Wiener's legislation be voided since he had no legal standing to make legislation and that Wiener be prosecuted since I had documented in the Notice of Legal Violations that he was intentionally working unlawfully (felony with 3-years in prison).
They had until yesterday to vacate office. Yesterday afternoon, I called and checked status on a few of the people. None of the people I checked on had left, including Wiener. In fact, in one of the offices that I called, the woman who answered the phone laughed at me. A giant, hearty laugh that clearly said that she believed they were above the law.
It is up to "we the people" to create a public humiliation campaign to force Scott Wiener and the others to resign. I am excited about this strategy because it is non-partisan. Most liberals shut off when you say Wiener is corrupt. In this strategy, even a liberal will ask "well, why won't you sign a promise to uphold the state and federal constitutions?"
Here are more details: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2822#more-2822
I did a follow up interviewed on a podcast a few days ago where I talked about the call in campaign: https://rumble.com/v5b7qbx-christi-grab-updates-americans-on-writ-of-quo-warranto-to-prosecute-scott-w.html
Please spread the word and also please continue to pray that me and my family are protected as the truth of the corruption comes out. Thank you!
The State of California stopped issuing bonds when Reagan was governor, so the entire government is illegitimate and has been since Reagan: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2219.
But as far as I can tell (and I am the first to admit that I am no expert), there doesn't seem to be severe penalties for no bonds like there are for no oaths. That is why I am focusing most of my energy on the lack of oaths.
I understand that statutory law is corrupt and will not make the government employees adhere to the law. I understand that common law has no real teeth (yet). I also know that public outrage works, and if enough people call and demand that the state senate employees that I've identified step down for not having oaths, the state senate will have no choice but to comply. It is a numbers game.
Even though they stopped issuing bonds, I wonder if there isn't still a requirement for them. I'll be the first to say that I don't know. Also, I am wondering if you explored bondsforthewin.com (https://bondsforthewin.com/). Apparently, they HAVE had some success in this area. The penalty would be that their bond would be revoked and they'd owe millions because of it.
Also, I want to say that you're spot on regarding common law. IT IS our law but they've covered it over with their swill. I have great respect for you in this endeavor.
Thank you for the suggestion and the kind compliments. :) As I was working on this, I got a lot of info from Bonds for the Win and the new organization that they started, called the Peoples Operation Restoration.
Bonds are absolutely still required by law. From the Notice of Legal Violations (which was the precursor to the Writ of Quo Warranto):
Per both Federal and California law, surety bonds are required to be issued on every government employee. This is codified in California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463.
CA Gov't Code Section 1460 says: "Every officer with whom official bonds are filed shall carefully keep and preserve the bonds. He shall give certified copies thereof to any person demanding copies, upon being paid the same fees as are allowed by law for certified copies of papers in other cases.”
Per CGCS 1455, these surety bonds are supposed to be filed in the Secretary of State’s office (SOS).
However, California and many other states have come up with a "work around" to surety bonds: they self-insure themselves with a blanket policy. I have already tried to file claims on CA's blanket policy: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2073 It is a fraud. If you make a legitimate claim, they ghost you. There is no way the state of California is going to pay a claim on a behavior that the State encourages its employees to do because it benefits the State.
And this "work-around" was never codified. As cited above, the law still says bonds. Hence, the whole government is illegitimate. But I haven't found any penalties for working without a bond like there are penalties for working without oaths, so I guess no one cares if they follow the bond laws since there is no punishment. I mean, we can try to get them removed from office, but there is no prison or fines or any terrible consequence beyond losing a job.
You're welcome. Well, since they never pursued the actual bonding, there would not be that penalty. The vision that stays in my head is that a huge mob of people enter one of these dens of filthy thieves and grab each one by the ear and drag their sorry asses out into the streets and make sure they never return.
When we get to the other side of this, prison will await these miscreants....not sure how that will proceed BUT proceed it MUST. The damage these filth have done is incalculable. Fraud and treason are punishable and must be applied.
Have you ever visited nationallibertyalliance.org? They are heavily into common law, constitutionality, and the rule of law. I'm a member but haven't been active for a year or so--my health hasn't been great. They have quite a few common law actions waiting to be activated.
Another one is reclaimingtherepublic.org. I did some editing for them for awhile but, again, I became overwhelmed (health stuff) there as well. Really a great bunch. G. R. Mobely is the gentleman who started it. He discovered that the Ratification Debates are the proper key to understanding the nuances of our Constitution. They've written numerous First Amendment petitions addressing a myriad of issues. They are serving them on county supervisors and educating them as well. The petitions are a marvel.
A lot of this will have to be addressed on the other side.
I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I can relate. I have a rare kidney disease, which slows me down a lot. But I won't let it stop me! I hope you figure out how to heal yourself.
Yes, I have gotten information from both of those groups, as well. I wish the common law groups would unite. If they did, they would be a formidable powerhouse that would fix things quickly. I feel like they are kind of like the protestants -- same overarching message and quibbling over tiny details. Since all the groups had a slightly different take, when I wrote my documents, I tried to make sure that I used a format that every group that I'd looked at would agree was correct.
National Liberty Alliance has just filed a lawsuit over restoring the sheriffs and is about to file one for restoring common law courts. The guy who runs it seems to think that we can restore these proper entities by next year. I am praying hard that he's correct!
Bonds for the Win has evolved into the People's Operation Restoration. They are trying hard to recruit people for open seats in the reclaimingtherepublic.org movement. Hopefully, they can get all the seats filled.
