It's certainly an idea I've entertained.

It makes sense in that it would be sold as a revenge play, and most people can understand revenge. It would also be an immunity play: I will "turn State's evidence" in exchange for immunity." Everyone has seen that on Law & Order, etc.

Also, the Bidens are just self-serving enough that they might actually do it. They know that they are totally fucked if they don't do something to get out of this mess that they are in.
