This must become law! Although his suggested minimum is too risky in my opinion (dual-loyalties - One cannot serve two masters)
I would like to add to that law: Any US citizen who runs for office or apply for a civil servant position must have only been a US citizen and not held another citizenship to any foreign nation for 10 years prior to running for office or applying for a position as a civil servant.
To help with the transition I would add a grandfather clause to those already in civil servant positions, but not to those holding elected office.
