I do not believe I've ever seen this document before. He has all of his stuff as .pdf files, which I guess makes them easy to download and share. I just came across this guy's website by looking into President McKinley's assassination, which he claims was faked as well as Linconln's assassination. I started reading that a bit before looking at his other essays and found this on on Jan.6th. I have no opinion on this guy yet.

He is polarizing indeed....sometimes I find his research incredible like in the Supposedley fake Manson/Tate psyop.....other times it feels sloppy and stretching.
