It's even more interesting that this stream is showing that it just rained at the White House, and I don't see any rain near that area, and it's mostly cloudy. The Capital stream looks just like what the weather app is showing me, almost completely clear and sunny.

I think the video of the white house is not new, it says the white house after a tornado, so not a new live video.
