In fairness this is supposed to be a "billionaire's tax", but we already know how this is going to play out in real life. Billionaires will just have offshore tax shelters, move their assets around, etc. The "billionaire tax" won't put a dent in the deficit, tax receipts will fall, and then the "rich" will get defined down to YOU and ME.
