Expect snow from October to May. The earliest snow we experienced was Sept and the latest was the weekend before Memorial Day.

We’re not adverse to seasons and cold. My wife did some research on sunny days…it’s almost impossible to beat Colorado unfortunately.
Coincidentally my brother is in NH. Kind of dreary, damp, and not sure we could find a chunk of land. Continuing the search.
