It’s not what you think. Not like turpentine from the Home Depot. The stuff you ingest is pure, it’s basically oil from pine trees. That shit taste so nasty esp combined with castor oil (what I do on parasite cleanse) but it will kill every parasite you have, bar none

In the old days a couple times a year you would soak a sugar cube in turpentine and eat it. Sugar attracted the parasites and turpentine killed them.
