How many state elections run concurrent with the federal elections? This would force registration for votes that take place at the same time. Usually on the same ballots if I'm thinking correctly. So won't this force states that use the same ballots to ensure a citizen is voting? And won't it isolate the state elections from fraud exposing fraud at the federal levels where feds can hammer the evil doers.
