Does anyone know what the reason is some refuse to say John McCain's last name? I know he is DS and sang when he was a POW but is there more? Seems like this is unique to McCain but which of his crimes is unique compared to the other DS creatures?

It's because he was a Traitor and the Military doesn't recognize Traitors.

To call them by name would denote Honor and Respect...by refusing to call him by name indicates the shame he brought on him name and rank.
