The vaccines were kept so cold (I thought down around -80F) to keep the self assembling nanobots deactivated until they got into a person, and hopefully pass the blood brain barrier. Do research on Dr. David Nixon, Dr. Charles Morgan and "brain nanotechnology" and you should start getting the picture of what these evil pricks were up to. Then realize that 5G cell towers can power & interface with these little buggers. Real close to an actual zombie apocalypse, just not from a bioweapon or virus we were lead to believe causes it.
