I know a family that got into a government program where they chose a property, had a house built made 0 down and graduated payments starting about 500 dollars a month. They lived there two years, made 1 payment and completely destroyed the house. There wasn’t one square inch of carpet that was not stained with something. The kid drove the car through the garage into the kitchen so they had plywood covering the hole.
Does anyone think they will actually make a payment? It's probably illegal to evict them.

These people are throwing taxes away.
The goal is for the illegals to default so the state has to repossess the property. It is a backdoor way of seizing the homes.
