Not for me. Once I was off the smokes and Desmoxan, I've had two very mild cravings. Really more like realizations that I would have lit up a cigarette in this situation.
The two times I went off during the Desmoxan routine were very stressful situations. Fortunately, I've only been in one since the full quit and I didn't feel the need for a smoke.
But everyone is different.YMMV.
I will say I had something like an asthma attack last night, kinda outta nowhere. I already had an OTC inhaler so no biggie, but it was a bit worse than when I was smoking and I don't know what triggered it. According to the Internet, this is normal after quitting.
Fwiw, I smoked and/or vaped for most of 30 years, although generally under a pack a day or equivalent.
I think this is the longest ive gone without nicotine since about 2008 or so.
No cravings or withdrawal symptoms? I've been smoking/vaping for 30 yrs too. Trying to get rid of bad habits at the moment.
